Had a pair of SAM sandals several years ago. These are just as comfortable and just as well made.

Firstly, the shoes are very attractive ballet flats. I especially admire the taupe color. I can wear them dressed up or down. Secondly, they are very comfortable -- like walking on a cloud. The softness of the suede also helps. I will probably get these in the black suede as well. I've worn Mephisto's since many years. They are well made, super quality. I am still wearing a pair purchased a dozen years ago -- still attractive, still comfortable.
